Big Family Monthly pass is valid 1 month from the day of your purchase for all regular role play sessions - this pass does not include any of our special events except for character meet and greets. Once you complete your purchase you will receive your unique discount code for online bookings. If you'd like your pass to start on a later date than your purchase date please message us to let us know. Please note: all sessions using the monthly pass discount must be booked online, walk-in availability cannot be guaranteed. Pass cannot be transferred or shared with other families or friends. *Unused or missed entires cannot be exchanged for money.
