Service Description

Fitness and Play session is 45 minutes of fitness with a Qualified PT, then a social coffee and let the kids Play in Petite Street afterwards. This is a Buggybootcamp style class , a very relaxed approach, with parents encouraged to feed, change and cuddle their babies at absolutely any time. Every week will be different (due to restrictions of the British weather) but children are very welcome to participate in our enclosed garden area while the adults work out. Or stay in their pushchairs or baby carriers or play on the ground, but we would suggest , to bring a blanket just in case you want your little ones to relax on the ground their own comfort. As you will have Earned a Slice of Cake, you can enjoy a Barista Coffee with it and enjoy meeting with some new friends and let the little ones play in Petite Street!!
