  • Online pre-book visitor slots.

  • Each slot booked will be allocated 1 table.​


  • Removing tables and chairs to separate family groups.

  • Perspex screens installed where applicable.

  • Hand sanitiser unit upon entering the building.

  • More intensive and regular cleaning.  At the start of each session newly sanitised toys and role play outfits to be used. ​​

  • Antibacterial fogging.

  • We encourage all adults to wear face coverings when walking around the building. Staff wear face covering while walking around the building.

Petite Street Rules

  • As Petite Street play areas are designed for children, can parents please mind their head’s going in and out of buildings.

  • All children must be supervised by a responsible adult/guardian at all times.

  • Please ensure older children are mindful of littler ones playing in the same area.

  • Once the session has finished we would appreciate if you vacated the building to allow us to prepare for the next session.​​

  • No food or drinks in the play area.

  • We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal property during your visit.

  • We cannot be responsible for any personal injury, but please report any injuries to a member of staff, as all staff are 1st aid trained.

  • Please report any accident, incidents or damage to a member of staff.
